Dr. Allen Hunt, author and Senior Advisor at Dynamic Catholic

Dr. Allen Hunt shares ideas from The Fourth Quarter of Your Life: Embracing What Matters Most, which he co-authored with Matthew Kelly, Founder of Dynamic Catholic. This practical guide contains ideas that many will wish they had been exposed to earlier in life, even those who are not yet in their fourth quarter. Hunt shares the importance of developing intentionality, which is the key to living based on proven life principles and establishing meaning and direction for your life. In sharing how to develop the clarity necessary to make good decisions to learning to say no, Hunt reminds us that it is never too early to think seriously about what matters most.

Dr. Allen Hunt was an ambitious young man working for a prestigious management consulting firm on Wall Street whose life changed when he heard the Holy Spirit whisper in his ear, “Allen, when are you going to stop serving yourself and start serving me?” And that is what he did. God’s path led him from a PhD in New Testament and Ancient Studies at Yale University before ultimately culminating in his dream job as the senior pastor of a mega-church in Atlanta, one of the largest Methodist congregations in the Unites States. His search for truth and a deeper relationship with Christ Jesus brought him to another life-changing decision: he would step down from his senior pastor position and convert to Catholicism. He now partners with Matthew Kelly and serves as the Senior Advisor at Dynamic Catholic.
