Conor Gallagher, CEO of TAN Books and father of 15 children

Conor Gallagher shares how he uses what he learned in business to manage and lead, along with his wife Ashley, a family of 15 children. Conor earned his Masters in Philosophy and Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America. He is CEO of TAN Books, a successful publishing business that has been in the Gallagher family for four generations. He shares how his marriage to Ashley and their 15 children are the things he values most and what offers the greatest challenges and rewards in his life.

Listen in and learn how elements of a solid business plan apply to the business of raising a family of any size, including having a family mission statement, core values (hint: they are virtues), and key success metrics that help ensure the mission is accomplished.

Discover what fuels the Gallaghers’ “family business,” how and why the family chose a patron saint, their family beatitudes, and how the rosary, even if not always elegant, plays a key role. (Conor and Ashley have their children on a path to petition the intercession of the Blessed Mother 1,354,150 times in their lives!) Conor also shares about the principle of “plungerability” and “no scorekeeping” and why they promote peace in the family.
