Fr. Larry Richards, pastor of St. Joseph Church/Bread of Life Community in Erie, PA

A gifted and captivating preacher, retreat master, and author, Father Larry Richards discusses the importance of knowing Jesus Christ by having a heart-felt relationship with Him and sharing that love of Christ with the world. Essential elements of an intimate relationship with Our Lord are daily committed prayer time, which must entail listening to God, and spending time with His Word. Fr. Larry also shares practical ways to be daily in Christ’s presence with a simple 5-point method.

Ordained to the priesthood in 1989 for the Diocese of Erie, Fr. Larry Richards serves as pastor of St. Joseph Church/Bread of Life Community in Erie. He is also the Founder of the Divine Mercy Encounter Retreat Program for the Diocese of Erie. Fr. Larry Richards is the founder and president of The Reason for our Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to ‘spreading the Good News’ by educating others about Jesus Christ.
